上海維特銳供應(yīng)的力士樂電磁閥閥體全不銹鋼;對(duì)于強(qiáng)腐蝕的介質(zhì)必須選用隔離膜片式。中性介質(zhì),也宜選用銅合金為閥殼材料的電磁閥,否則,閥殼中常有銹屑脫落,尤其是動(dòng)作不頻繁的場(chǎng)合。 力士樂分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥采用一次開閥和二次開閥連在一體,主閥和導(dǎo)閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口。產(chǎn)生電磁力使動(dòng)鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,導(dǎo)閥口開啟而導(dǎo)閥口設(shè)在主閥口上,且動(dòng)鐵芯與主閥芯連在一起,此時(shí)力士樂電磁閥主閥上腔的壓力通過導(dǎo)閥口卸荷,在壓力差和電磁力的同時(shí)作用下使主閥芯向上運(yùn)動(dòng),開啟主閥介質(zhì)流通。 當(dāng)REXROTH電磁閥線圈斷電時(shí)電磁力消失,此時(shí)動(dòng)鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)閥孔,此時(shí)介質(zhì)在平衡孔中進(jìn)入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,此時(shí)在彈簧復(fù)位和壓力的作用下關(guān)閉主閥,介質(zhì)斷流。結(jié)構(gòu)合理,動(dòng)作可靠,在零壓差時(shí)工作也可靠。如:ZQDF,ZS,2W等。 REXROTH分步直動(dòng)式電磁閥是一種直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)式相結(jié)合的原理,當(dāng)入口與出口沒有壓差時(shí),電磁力直接把先導(dǎo)小閥和主閥關(guān)閉件依次向上提起,閥門打開。當(dāng)入口與出口達(dá)到啟動(dòng)壓差時(shí),通電后,力士樂電磁閥電磁力先導(dǎo)小閥,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開;斷電時(shí),力士樂先導(dǎo)電磁閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件,向下移動(dòng),使閥門關(guān)閉。在零壓差或真空、高壓時(shí)亦能可*動(dòng)作,但功率較大,要求必須水平安裝。
